The main objective was to achieve inclusive European internationalization for our vocational training students and teachers, serving as a benchmark for our educational center. Regarding the secondary objectives, we divided them into three main areas for measurement: - Professional objectives: • To learn different ways of working in European environments in the Administration and Commerce sectors • To improve their CV by providing them with professional experience • To gain a competitive advantage for our school, making it more attractive and encouraging students to choose it as a priority - Academic objectives: • To experience different models of coexistence in the classroom, allowing them to become more tolerant and open-minded • To learn new and different teaching methodologies, alternative ways of teaching and learning • To improve the quality of educational practice, making it more modern and international - Personal objectives: • To give students the opportunity to have experiences they would not be able to achieve on their own • To experience cultural diversity, learning about different ways of life and social interaction • To improve their linguistic competence in a second language • Personal growth: to mature, value, and respect different European ways of life
