By implementing the Erasmus+ project 2023-1-ES01-KA131-HED-000114488 for staff and student mobilities, a series of key objectives were expected to be achieved, aimed at strengthening internationalisation, improving educational quality, and fostering the personal and professional development of participants. Among the main expected outcomes were: -To promote the academic and professional development of teaching staff and students through international experiences that enhance their linguistic, intercultural, and field-specific competences. -To encourage cooperation and the exchange of good practices among European higher education institutions, promoting more innovative, inclusive, and high-quality teaching. -To contribute to the construction of a shared European identity, based on mutual understanding, cultural diversity, and intercultural dialogue, thus strengthening the sense of belonging to a European community. -To promote equal opportunities, ensuring the participation of students and staff with fewer opportunities, so that everyone can benefit from the advantages of an international experience. -To reinforce the fundamental values of the European Union, integrating in all project actions the respect for: 1.Human dignity, by ensuring respectful and equitable treatment of all individuals involved. 2.Freedom and democracy, by fostering environments where the free expression of ideas is valued and active participation is encouraged. 3.Equality, by combating all forms of discrimination and promoting the inclusion of minorities and vulnerable groups. 4.The rule of law and human rights, by ensuring that all activities are carried out in accordance with ethical and legal principles shared across the EU. In summary, the Erasmus+ project 2023-1-ES01-KA131-HED-000114488 aimed to shape more competent, aware, and engaged citizens and professionals, committed to European values, through transformative mobility experiences that enrich both individuals and the participating institutions.
