With the Erasmus+ 2023 project, our aim was to strengthen the internationalisation of our institution, provide students with the opportunity to complete their Work-Based Learning (FCT) module abroad, and thereby improve their employability, language skills, digital competencies, and intercultural awareness. We also sought to enhance cooperation with educational institutions and companies in other countries, diversify mobility destinations, and consolidate our alignment with the Institutional Strategy and the Erasmus Policy Statement. In addition, we intended to generate a transversal impact in line with current European priorities: fostering inclusion and equal opportunities, contributing to the green transition through sustainable mobility practices, promoting the digital transition by means of virtual tools and environments, and reinforcing European values of citizenship, cohesion, and civic engagement. Finally, we expected participating teachers to acquire new methodologies, build networks with European peers, and promote bridges between education, research and innovation.
