By implementing this new Erasmus+ project, we expected to achieve a series of strategic objectives at institutional, personal, and professional levels for the participants. First of all, we aimed to continue contributing to the internationalisation of our organisation by creating networks of collaboration with European institutions, which would allow for the exchange of good practices and the development of innovative methodologies. From the participants’ perspective, we expected to improve their linguistic, intercultural, and professional competences, strengthening their employability and their ability to adapt to international contexts. Likewise, we aimed to promote European values such as inclusion, diversity, and active citizenship by facilitating experiences that would enrich their personal and social development. In summary, the project was conceived as an opportunity to generate a positive and sustainable impact on our educational community and the local environment through knowledge transfer, capacity building, and openness to new European perspectives.
