By implementing this Erasmus+ project, we aimed to achieve a series of strategic goals aligned with our educational vision and our commitment to providing comprehensive training for both students and staff. As a public bilingual institution offering ESO, Bachillerato, and a Higher Vocational Training Program in Multiplatform Application Development, IES Nervión strives to deliver an education that is closely connected to the European reality and the challenges of the international labor market. Specifically, with this project we expected to: -Improve the professional, linguistic, social, and intercultural skills of the participants through practical experiences in real work or educational environments. -Open up new opportunities for our students in the European labor market, particularly in the field of Information Technology and Communications, thus promoting their employability within international companies. -Gain first-hand knowledge of the IT resources, methodologies, and tools used in other educational institutions and companies across Europe. -Establish strong and lasting partnerships with European institutions to enable future collaborations and joint initiatives. -Foster the internationalization of our school by strengthening our organizational capabilities and expanding our participation in European programs. -Explore new methods of educational management and organization that could enhance our own teaching practices. -Raise European awareness among our students and staff, encouraging interaction with citizens and professionals from other countries and promoting shared values such as respect, inclusion, and cooperation. Ultimately, we hoped this project would help us shape more skilled, open-minded, and engaged individuals, committed to a more cohesive and dynamic Europe.
