Objectives

The project 2023-1- ES01- KA 131- HED- 000114911 is part of the projects that have been presented within the framework of our ECHE Letter for the period 2021-2027. In turn, this project makes sense within the internationalisation policy that was approved by the teaching staff by an absolute majority of votes in favour. Finally, it responds to one of the main educational actions framed in the functional project of the centre presented by the current management team. The objectives that this project, in line with the aforementioned line of internationalisation and the ECHE Letter, has sought to achieve for our higher education students are: - The realisation of the improvement of their professional skills through Erasmus internships. - Development of their soft skills. - Improvement of linguistic competences. These objectives have to lead to the improvement of the employability of our students. For this reason we try to achieve a greater insertion of the Erasmus projects in the life of the centre: a. Consolidate the internal organisational structure of the school in order to guarantee the continuity of the European projects after the end of the Erasmus+ period (2027). d. Consolidate and expand the European cooperation network of peer schools by creating mobilities based on exchange and inclusion in the classroom of the schools. f. Promote multiculturalism and the concept of European citizenship, with a special focus on improving the quality of teaching and learning in schools. The objectives of this project, in line with the aforementioned line of h. To include international cooperation lines in the field of higher education. e. To integrate the business fabric of Xàtiva in the development of mobility projects, not only by welcoming students but also by participating in the transfer of knowledge between companies. I. To promote cooperation between companies from Xàtiva and other European Union countries in order to improve the development of their professional activities, increasing their competitiveness. In short, by implementing the KA1 131 project, we intend to give our students the opportunity to grow both personally and professionally. This type of project involves fostering educational and cultural exchange between students, staff and institutions from all over Europe. To be more specific, by participating in Erasmus projects, students learn various methodologies to perform their tasks in the workplace, therefore, comparison and learning by observation enhance participants' understanding of diverse cultures, values and perspectives. Moreover, beneficiaries of these grants can improve their language skills, acquire new knowledge and international work experience, which can benefit their academic and professional careers, enhancing their employability. In fact, the experience gained through Erasmus projects often makes participants more competitive in the labour market, as they develop skills such as adaptability, communication and intercultural competence. All these aspects mentioned above imply a positive and direct impact on our school and on the local society. Moreover, participating in Erasmus projects allows collaboration between educational institutions and companies from all over Europe, fostering academic exchanges and joint initiatives. Finally, the most relevant objective is the personal growth of the participants, who often gain confidence, independence, a broader world view that helps them to grow as individuals, to acquire new democratic values and to reinforce their belonging to the European citizenship, as well as to develop the multiculturalist vision of the society in which we live. All this contributes to strengthening values such as gender equality, respect for different religions, races and social classes.
