Our institution's internationalization process is a long-term project in which we aim to involve all faculty, staff, and students. Specifically, for this project, we sought the involvement of faculty in the search for knowledge and methodologies that will enhance the quality of our training programs by observing new techniques and methodologies in other European schools. We seek the involvement and participation of faculty from all professional areas at our school, attempting to cover all the specialties taught. This project was carried out in three European schools—one each in Portugal, Italy, and Belgium—that share at least some of the specialties we teach, and from which we have been able to observe and learn. We also sought the involvement and participation of new faculty in mobility programs to strengthen the school's internationalization, improve training, and ensure the commitment of all our faculty. This KA131-HED project focused exclusively on the mobility of teaching staff for training, and therefore the student sections are not applicable.
