The objectives of this project are based on those stated in our ECHE Charter and reflect our institution's commitment to modernization, internationalization, and continuous improvement. Through the implementation of this Erasmus+ project, we hoped to advance toward more efficient and digitalized institutional management, enrich our educational offerings, have better-trained teaching staff, and prepare students who are more competent and adapted to a European and global context. We seek to increase the awareness of Europe within our educational community, commit to democratic values and respect for human rights, and demonstrate a special sensitivity toward environmental issues, inclusion, gender equality, and cultural and religious diversity. The specific objectives we pursued with this project were: - To promote non-discrimination and equality between genders, cultures, and religions. - To defend human rights and democracy, and combat racism and xenophobia. - To improve the quality and relevance of Higher Education by actively participating in the European Higher Education Area. - Offer as many students as possible the opportunity to complete internships or study in European Union countries, expanding their educational and personal experience. - Facilitate student employment by improving their professional and linguistic skills and their knowledge of the European labor market. - Become a host center for students and staff, fostering an international dimension and the mutual exchange of knowledge and best practices. - Promote lifelong learning for teachers through participation in training and observation mobility. - Experiment with new teaching methodologies, the use of ICT, digitalization, and educational innovation. - Expand our cross-border cooperation and consolidate a stable network of European partners. - Strengthen the environmental commitment of the educational community. - Improve equity, tolerance, and inclusion within the school. - Advance the digitalization of mobility management and the use of European certification tools such as the Diploma Supplement or Europass Mobility. - Strengthen the center's international reach and its local and international recognition. Ultimately, the project was conceived as a lever for change toward a more open, inclusive, connected center committed to European values and continuous educational improvement.
