To ensure placements in European companies and institutions to strengthen professional competences and employability. 6. To provide direct experiences that enhance labour preparation and opportunities for professional insertion. 7. To encourage the development of social, cultural, and communication skills in other languages. 8. To offer teachers opportunities for exchange and training in Europe, thereby improving their pedagogical practices and professional recognition.
