Carry out mobility activities for higher education students, in which they can undertake internships in companies and put their knowledge into practice. Likewise, the aim was to carry out training activities for teachers, including training courses, training placements in companies, and job shadowing. In both cases, the objective was to achieve quality activities where participants were satisfied with their results. As an Erasmus+ Project, we also wanted to improve participants' knowledge about the European Union. With this project, participants had the opportunity to live, study, or train abroad, as well as travel to another country. Additionally, through mobility activities, they can gain self-confidence and acquire skills that may help them in their future. They can discover different cultures and build interpersonal and professional relationships with people from other countries, enhancing their employability and fostering active participation in society. Last but not least, the people participating in the mobilities have been able to improve their language skills in the language they already knew (preferably English or French) as well as in the native languages of the destinations they traveled to, and they have increased their interest in digitalization and sustainability, as well as in the European Union regarding its organization and structure.
