The Blasco Ibáñez CIPFP has seven student internships and three staff internships within the KA131 project. Of these, only one student internship and all three staff internships have been filled. After consulting with the national agency, an additional grant was awarded for staff, bringing the total to four. The objective of the student internships is to complete their FCT (Workplace Training) in a European destination. Regarding staff, all four internships were for job shadowing activities. This project is a highly beneficial opportunity for both students and staff. First, students gain European experience by taking advantage of the facilities provided by the EU. Second, they experience the world of work outside their usual ties, learning about a labour market related to their field of work that is different from that of their home country, improving their CVs for better future job placement, and developing in all aspects. Third, they use a language other than their own, not only in the workplace but also in everyday life. In this project, the student completed his Erasmus internship at a company in Germany, which was very successful, as he was offered a job. As for the staff, they learned about the workings of other vocational training centres and made contacts for this course and the future, as well as several companies. Three teachers traveled to Norway, where they participated in job shadowing activities at a center with which we have established a partnership. Another teacher traveled to Mainz, Germany, where she also performed job shadowing at an educational center.
