In this project, six mobilities have been carried out for work placements for our Higher Vocational Education students, and two staff mobilities for Job Shadowing activities. The objectives pursued by the institution with this project are aligned with the purpose of our participation in the Erasmus Programme. Specifically, the objectives we can highlight in this project are: To improve our students’ professional competences through the experience of undertaking internships abroad, thereby enhancing their employability. To increase both students’ willingness to work abroad and their ability to engage in professional relationships and embrace multiculturalism. To promote and enrich English language learning and the understanding of cultures from different countries, fostering a sense of belonging to the European Union. To encourage competitiveness, entrepreneurship, and the skills and competences required in the European labour market among our students and staff. To enhance the professional skills of our staff by observing work experiences in prestigious European institutions engaged in innovative training activities. To create an international network within our institution, involving other training centres, European technology companies, and professionals in the sector.
