-Improve student development, both academically and in the development of other learning and communication skills, as well as increase their autonomy and problem-solving abilities, ultimately increasing their developmental maturity. The main purpose of this project is for the students of the higher degree of kitchen management to carry out professional practices in companies related to their sector and at the same time come into contact with the socio-labor reality and can acquire knowledge related to their work, expanding their possibilities and increasing their knowledge both in the different ways of working and interacting and in the language used. -Establish a link with other countries to exchange experiences and benefit from them at the institutional and/or organizational level to improve teaching-learning processes and implement new productive techniques.
