The University of Salamanca has encouraged participation in the activities of this project among all students at all educational levels, all teaching and research staff of all categories, and technical management, administration, and services staff. This project pursued the following general objectives: - To promote the internationalization of the University, encouraging an increase in international mobility rates for all groups within the university community and expanding collaborative ties with international institutions, companies, and organizations. - To improve educational quality by strengthening personal and professional knowledge and skills through exchanges with foreign institutions, among students, teaching and research staff, and technical staff. - To promote multilingualism among members of the university community. - To strengthen intercultural competencies and the ability to adapt to different academic contexts, especially among students. - To improve students' employment opportunities by developing their ability to work in multicultural teams. - Promote social inclusion and equal opportunities by offering opportunities to students from different social backgrounds.
