Our Secondary Education Institute (IES Lope de Vega, Santa Mª de Cayón, Cantabria) aims to train young people for active participation in the regional labor market, related to the food industry. The objectives were to: To complete the training of participants with a practical experience in European companies, appropriate to their professional profile and to obtain the accreditation of professional competences, To acquire and improve linguistic and transversal skills (versatility, ability to adapt and communicate, personal autonomy, decision-making…) and To provide relevant skills for personal development and active European citizenship.
