The main objective was for our students and teachers to gain work experience in companies or organisations in different European countries. More specifically, for our students, to complete the compulsory internship module (FCT) in another European country in order to put into practice the knowledge and skills acquired at our educational centre, experience another way of working, expand the knowledge acquired at school, verify and compare these techniques with those learned in Spain, improve their employability, develop personal and social skills, improve and learn other languages, learn about the social and economic environment of a country other than their country of origin, and improve their interpersonal and business skills, as well as their ability to adopt new skills. For teachers, the objective was to improve their theoretical and practical knowledge, learn about the social, economic and working environment of a country other than their own, practise languages, update their knowledge in the field and improve their professional career. We also planned to make the most of the period and for teachers to try to find new partners to collaborate with within the Erasmus+ programme. Likewise, for our institution, the objective was to achieve the internationalisation of our higher education training studies, cooperating with foreign companies and institutions, to contribute to spreading European sentiment and the values of the European Union. Finally, our goal was to contribute to the construction of a European Education Area with the recognition of student mobility with 22 ECTS and the Higher Education Training Technician qualification with 120 ECTS. This recognition allows students to continue their studies at most European universities.
