IES Palomeras - Vallecas is applying for and implementing Mobility Project 2023-1-ES01-KA131-HED-000116314 with the following objectives: - For students of Advanced Vocational Training Courses: to complete the Vocational Training Module in Workplaces (FCT) in companies or institutions in European countries, in order to experience European professional environments and complete specific training in these centers. This also aims to improve multilingualism, multiculturalism, and life and professional experiences among these students. - For staff: to conduct job shadowing in institutions in European countries, in order to improve professional skills at a technical, pedagogical, or both levels. - For the Center: to improve training and exchange experiences on a more global level, creating ties with European institutions and companies in the Professional Families of our training offering, achieving positive impacts throughout the educational community.
