The Consortium of Public Vocational Training Centres of Navarre, within the Department of Education, has as one of its key objectives to promote the internationalisation of vocational training. To this end, the Internationalisation Office seeks to promote and facilitate the process of applying for, distributing and justifying mobility projects, establishing contact with European partners and ensuring the proper implementation of mobility programmes and collaborations between centres and/or companies. Let's take a look at the objectives linked to each of the three types of mobility funded by this project: 1. Long-term student mobility (3 months, complementary internships for postgraduates or compulsory internships (Workplace Training Module, FCT). The main objective of these mobility programmes is to increase the quality of our vocational training students' internships, adding a linguistic, civic, social and personal component to internships that would otherwise focus mainly on the professional component. The objective, once feedback has been received through the Participant Survey and the various forms sent to us during and after the mobility programme, is satisfactorily achieved. In addition, their testimony in the centres and the natural dissemination they make in their circles of friends, colleagues and families opens the door to a greater willingness on the part of students and teachers to continue growing in this international dimension, which contributes to achieving another of our objectives: participation in democratic life, common values and civic engagement. 2. Short-term mobility with a virtual component (one or two weeks). The main objective of these mobility programmes is to bring schools and students closer to the possibility of opening their classrooms to Europe, creating contacts with European schools, and offering students shorter stays that can serve as a bridge to other future long-term options. 3. Staff mobility (lasting between one and two weeks). The main objective of these mobility programmes is to offer staff training opportunities, professional and personal development, and opportunities for collaboration in order to carry out projects and mobility programmes with students in the future. In conclusion, we have executed almost the entire budget, we have contributed to improving the quality of our vocational training students' internships, who in turn spread the word about the countless advantages of this type of experience in their centres, circles of friends and family, we have helped centres to organise short mobility programmes so that students who find it difficult to take the plunge can participate and open their minds, as well as improving their social and digital skills with the virtual component, and we have promoted the professional and personal development of our trainers, who have also established links with European centres, which has led to new collaboration projects.
