The main objective is for recent graduates and students, especially from the fields of Arts, Humanities, and Social Sciences (fields with the highest levels of unemployment and skill mismatch, according to data from the Ministry of Education), to understand the institutional, business, and professional realities of their future professions in a European country. Specifically, the project's goals are:1) To support the acquisition of skills, personal development, and employability in the European labor market. 2) To improve language proficiency. 3) To cultivate cultural awareness and understanding, fostering European citizenship. 4) To increase the capacity, appeal, and international dimension of the participating partners. 5) To strengthen the synergies between formal and non-formal education, career guidance, employment, and entrepreneurship. All of this is achieved through a consortium with two sending organizations—one of them a small entity—and supported by the regional Public Employment Service and the EURES network. This has successfully refined skills in 11 areas of study, easing the transition into the job market and increasing employability.
