One of the main objectives of the project has been to improve the quality of teaching and the professional, personal, and social competences of our participants. We aimed to provide practical solutions to facilitate the employability of our students and to enhance the professional quality of our teachers. To achieve this, we relied on a valuable tool that we have at our disposal and which adds a European added value to our goal: mobility for internships/training in European companies through the Erasmus+ programme. The common objectives that we found necessary to address are: * To promote among students the professional opportunities offered by the EU. * To improve the participants’ language skills. * To encourage the learning and development of new methodological approaches among teachers in order to offer higher educational quality. * To gain recognition and experience of different ways of living and working, and of cultures different from their own, yet equally enriching. * To raise awareness of a European identity that contributes to the modernization and internationalization of the educational system. * To establish links and partnerships with other European VET centers or companies. To this end, our initial plan was to organize 10 mobility activities for student internships, which would also allow them to validate the “Workplace Training Module” (Formación en Centros de Trabajo - FCT), and 8 training mobilities for teachers, given the great success of the previous project. With these mobilities, we also aimed to compare different working procedures, gaining a better understanding of business organization and management, as well as the vocational training system in other countries. We also intended for the participating students to discover new employment opportunities, acquire different working methods and technical skills, and simultaneously enhance their entrepreneurial initiative through mobility experiences, enabling them to develop new professional paths.
