The main objective of this project was to facilitate workplace training (FCT) for 15 students in their second year of higher education and a five-day job shadowing period for 10 teachers from different professional fields in European companies. This will enable them to improve their professional, personal, social, and digital skills, as well as allowing them to strengthen their European identity. Other objectives of this project were: - To increase the employability of our students. - To improve the language skills of students and teachers. - To improve the professional, personal, and social skills of students. - To promote partnerships with educational centers, organizations, institutions, and companies. - To increase student mobility by improving their selection and preparation. Our staff aims to share the knowledge acquired in companies during the job shadowing period, and those who attend similar centers can acquire new teaching skills and carry out joint activities in future projects and collaborations. One of the objectives was to find new companies where students could do FCT internships without the need for intermediaries, as well as to find similar centers with which to carry out training and establish new collaborations so that they can receive our students and carry out mobility programs.
