Our objectives in this project were: -To promote internationalization and innovation in company-based training for our higher vocational education students. -To encourage the development of a European awareness among both students and teachers. -To enhance the professional preparation of higher vocational students through internships in European companies within their sector, enabling them to experience different ways of working, whether similar to or different from those learned at the educational center. -To strengthen communication in foreign languages, especially English, among students and teachers. -To promote continuous professional development for teachers, helping them to acquire higher qualifications in languages, methodologies, and educational skills. -To establish links with international educational centers and companies as a foundation for future collaborative projects and new internship opportunities for students. -To foster the development of skills that will help students build a more competitive professional résumé. Long-term benefits: -The adoption of innovative teaching methodologies by teachers. -Progress in the implementation of bilingual education in vocational training programs. -Increased student motivation and improved learning outcomes.
