This project, which began more than a decade ago with the aim of providing students in the advanced training cycle of Early Childhood Education with an understanding of the early childhood methodology of Italian educator Loris Malaguzzi, has taken a significant leap forward in recent years with the expansion of our advanced training offerings (Social Integration and Sociocultural and Tourism Animation), as well as the possibility of teachers also benefiting from training mobility programs to enhance their professional skills. The expected objectives are: - The improvement of our students' knowledge and skills in professional and personal competencies, enabling increased employability and access to more job opportunities. - The acquisition of personal and professional autonomy and the development of practical skills, resulting in students who are more independent and responsible for their own decisions. - The establishment of an international collaborative network that enhances community values based on equality, diversity, and respect among institutions. -Improving language skills and professional growth for teachers. In fact, the skills of both teachers and the educational community in general have improved significantly, particularly with the participation of international experts in the fields of social intervention and community networking. Furthermore, the number of participating students is increasing, with 16 student mobility projects taking place, allowing them to enjoy an Erasmus+ experience focused on learning and job training in a country other than their home country.
