This project aims to continue with the increase in mobility of students and teachers of Higher Education of the CIFP Universidade Laboral as described in its internationalization strategy. With the mobilities of students of higher vocational training cycles to carry out internships in a company, it is intended to provide the opportunity to open mind, to experience a first work experience while, in many cases, a mobility experience to a country of the European Union. This opportunity allows students to improve their professional, linguistic and cultural development skills while improving their autonomy and independence. On the other hand, it increases the feeling of belonging to the European Union and to democratic life, by participating in a programme in which they are selected regardless of their status. In the case of teaching staff, it is intended that any member of the faculty of the centre has the opportunity to carry out a mobility activity either through this or other projects that are being developed in parallel, such as KA171, KA122 or where appropriate via consortia. In this case, the selected candidates were part of the teaching team that provides training in higher cycles or members of the management team or the coordinators of the center. Within the internationalization strategy designed by the coordination of international programs, the opening of new partners and the strengthening of networks is contemplated. In this regard, a mobility was developed to Uzbekistan to teach at the Navoi State University of Mining and Technologies, in combination with the Samarkand State Institute of Foreign Languages. For this mobility, two inter-institutional agreements were signed.
