Through the Erasmus+ 2023-1-ES01-KA13 -HED-000117518 project, our center has wanted to reinforce its commitment to the comprehensive training of students and teachers of Higher Level Training Cycles, offering international experiences that complement their educational and professional career. The initiative has focused on facilitating training internships abroad for students, as well as development and learning opportunities in international contexts for teachers of this level. One of the main purposes has been to bring participants closer to different social realities, allowing them to learn first-hand how organizations in other European countries work with groups in situations of vulnerability or social exclusion. These experiences not only enrich their professional profile, but also represent an important personal growth, as they involve bringing into play skills such as autonomy, adaptability, decision-making and conflict resolution. These competencies are especially valuable in the field of social intervention, to which our studies are linked. In addition, this project is part of the internationalization strategy of our center, with which we seek to open new perspectives and horizons for both the students and the teaching staff.
