This Erasmus project is the fourth Higher Education project we have managed ourselves. We continue with our objectives of offering our educational community different mobility experiences, as well as raising Erasmus awareness of belonging to a global environment for our Higher Level Vocational Training. This academic year, we have launched a new educational system for vocational training, with practical periods in the first year this year and in the second year starting next year. This has made it difficult to organise student mobility. The motivation of our educational community has increased over the years and with the implementation of the KA131 projects. Our higher education students have been offered mobility experiences, both curricular and extracurricular. Our teaching staff has also been able to enjoy and participate in the different activities. Our management team has verified the work done and the effort required to organise these activities. More resources are being put in place to improve management and logistics. We have informed our educational community about the possibilities of participating in the projects through various channels (talks, meetings, staff meetings, posters, website, social networks, etc.). Although teacher participation in project organisation and management has increased, the wide range of tasks to be carried out in the projects remains complicated and requires greater commitment on the part of the educational administrations of our Autonomous Community. We continue to collaborate with partner organisations in the management of incoming student mobility, although this does not appear in our project organisation, we consider it to be good practice in compliance with the ECHE charter.
