Our objective was to strengthen professional skills, promote internationalization by incorporating international experiences into our curriculum, encourage the exchange of best practices, and consolidate collaboration between our institution and the host institution. To this end, we sought to increase the participation of our faculty in Erasmus+ projects through training courses and job shadowing activities. Furthermore, we aimed to ensure that the cooperation activities generate sustainable results and that their impact benefits all partners, fostering peer learning and leveraging project outcomes to maximize their impact on individuals, participating institutions, and the academic community at large. The resulting objectives were to enhance our institution by providing faculty with the opportunity to participate in this project by carrying out mobility activities related to the following areas: 1. School management and organization. 2. Inclusive education. 3. Classroom management. 4. Project-based learning. 5. Other pedagogical methodologies.
