The main objective of this project has been to become one of the key instruments in the development of the internationalisation policy of the University of Cantabria (UC), facilitating a wide and cross-cutting range of mobility opportunities aimed at all levels, centres, degrees and levels of the university community. A second objective has been to increase and improve the reception and integration of incoming students and staff, contributing to the internationalisation process of the campus and also benefiting, with an inclusive approach, teaching staff and students who do not participate in physical mobility. The project has served to facilitate the acquisition of multicultural and global skills by students and staff and to develop processes for the continuous improvement of the quality of management, results and impact of the mobility programmes implemented. A final objective has been to consolidate the image of the UC at a global level by strengthening relations with a large number of universities and the European EUNICE Alliance. The project has also enabled collaboration with entities and organisations in the region on activities related to mobility and European policies.
