The Erasmus+ KA131 project is part of the internationalization strategy of Universidad CEU San Pablo. Its objective is to increase outgoing mobility for students (both for studies and internships), teaching staff, and administrative and service personnel, thereby contributing to the internationalization of the institution. This has been made possible through the signing of new Erasmus+ mobility agreements and the expansion of mobility places with already collaborating universities. The project enables any student, regardless of their degree program, to participate in a study and/or internship Erasmus mobility. These mobilities can be long-term or short-term, with short-term mobilities framed within the Blended Intensive Programmes. These programmes combine collaborative online experiences with a short mobility stay, allowing students with fewer financial resources or greater academic challenges in undertaking long-term mobility to benefit from a mobility experience. A total of 53 participants were able to take part in Blended Intensive Programmes coordinated by Universidad CEU San Pablo. In addition, these programmes foster collaboration with partner universities from an alternative perspective to traditional long-term mobility. Through the project, 136 students facing economic barriers have been able to participate in Erasmus mobility, providing them with the opportunity to enrich their academic and personal development. The KA131 project also offers teaching staff the opportunity to teach at various institutions or undertake training mobility, acquiring new pedagogical tools. Administrative and Service Staff at the university have benefited from training mobilities, acquiring best practices and improving their language skills. Additionally, the project has enabled the implementation of internal internationalization actions, such as translating the university website and intranet into English and French, and introducing bilingual signage on campus. The project includes an ad hoc student club (CEU Global Club) that facilitates the integration of incoming students, promoting interaction with outgoing students and increasing the visibility of the Erasmus+ program. To this end, numerous monthly activities have been organized, largely funded through the KA131 project. The visibility of the KA131 project’s activities has been achieved through the organization of international fairs for students, the celebration of International Weeks for teaching staff, the dissemination of the Erasmus+ program through the university’s communication channels (emails, newsletters, social media, intranet, and press), and participation in international forums and fairs such as EAIE, APAIE, and NAFSA.
