**Our Erasmus+ project has made it possible to continue more than a decade of active participation in European mobility programmes, consolidating the internationalisation of our educational institution.** Our school is located in one of the most socio-economically disadvantaged areas of the Barcelona metropolitan region, where a large proportion of students come from families with limited resources and face greater barriers to accessing international experiences. In this context, Erasmus+ becomes a key tool to guarantee equal opportunities and to offer all students – especially those in vulnerable situations – the chance to develop their academic and professional potential. One of the main objectives of the project has been precisely to promote inclusion and participation of these students, by reinforcing information processes, guidance, and administrative support, ensuring that no one is excluded for economic, cultural, or social reasons. At the same time, the project has aimed to improve young people’s employability through training placements that combine the acquisition of specific competences in their field of study with the development of transversal skills such as autonomy, resilience, and the ability to adapt to international environments. The testimonies of participants and the certifications obtained – such as Europass Mobility and the host organisations’ certificates – confirm the added value these mobilities bring to their professional careers. Finally, the project has contributed to strengthening the sense of belonging to the European community and to fostering a deeper understanding of cultural diversity. The Erasmus+ experience has been consolidated as a driver of motivation, personal growth, and commitment to European values within our institution and among our students.
