One of the main objectives of the project is to consolidate student mobility activities in internships (carried out since the 2009-2010 academic year) at our institution, adding value to the Workplace Training module and the training offer in general. Student and staff mobility has enabled us to achieve the objectives set by the Erasmus Programme, but each year new circumstances arise that bring dynamism to all the activities carried out. Youth employability is one of the success stories of previous editions of the Programme, which has also been implemented in last year's mobility activities. We have also noticed an improvement in language skills among all participants. Likewise, a more conducive environment for developing this type of activity has been created at the centre due to the success stories among students and the participation of teachers in job shadowing activities, allowing the idea of mobility in the future to spread
