The main objective for the students was to increase their employability. Participating in these mobility programs gave them the opportunity to improve their communication skills in English, which is an essential requirement in the Transport and Logistics sector (the participating students were in the second year of the Advanced Vocational Training in Transport and Logistics). Additionally, taking part in this project allowed them to complete part of their Work-Based Learning in foreign companies, where they were able to observe and learn different ways of working—and even different ways of approaching life. In the case of the teachers, these mobility experiences enabled them to receive training in areas that can enhance their teaching practice, while also allowing them to discover and learn how work is carried out in other countries, which in turn contributes to improving their teaching performance.
