The main objective of the project was to improve the quality of vocational education and training provided by our institution through internationalisation, the exchange of good practices, and mobility opportunities for both students and teaching staff. We expected to achieve several key outcomes: - Improvement of students' professional skills through internships in European companies, allowing them to gain real work experience in an international environment. - Increased employability of students by complementing their training with practical, linguistic, and cultural skills that are highly valued in the labour market. - Professional development of teaching staff, through job shadowing and collaboration with institutions from other countries, bringing in new methodologies and pedagogical approaches. - Strengthening ties with European partners, creating a solid network for future joint initiatives. - Promotion of European values and intercultural competences, encouraging participants to embrace respect, inclusion, and active citizenship.
