Our institution expected to carry out long-term mobility traineeships for students enrolled in Higher Vocational Education and Training programmes offered at our school. The aim of this project was to broaden the network of partner organisations in leading European countries within the sectors related to each professional field, and to provide added value to the participants in the ERASMUS+ experience by enhancing their employability and improving their professional, linguistic, and social competences. The ultimate purpose of our international mobility project is to improve the educational quality of our Higher Vocational Education and Training programmes. The main beneficiaries of this improvement are the following stakeholders: students, teachers, families, and companies related to the institution
