In each project and call for applications, our educational center seeks to energize the principles and commitments outlined in our Erasmus Charter and EPS, as well as consolidate our policy of continuous improvement for quality mobility, in which we increasingly involve members of our educational community, seeking the strengths and inertia brought by the projects across the various educational stages and professional families offered at our school. We strive to fully execute our projects and adapt the mobility granted in the Agreement to expected demand, optimizing the budget through efficient management that even allows for an increase in the number of mobility opportunities. This E+2023 project was developed over a single academic year, 2024-2025, and we were able to meet our objective, which resulted in a significant increase in both SMT and STT mobility, as described in Annex I of the Agreement. A small remaining budget remained unspent due to the delay in communicating the Force Majeure authorization received almost at the end of the project period, which prevented its use for another mobility. Each project call has a different dynamic that is built on elements that are sometimes difficult to predict. However, we are satisfied that in this project we have managed to consolidate our SMT, along with greater teacher participation in STT training mobility, which has opened up interesting prospects for collaboration with new partners and in new destinations.
