Objectives

The Erasmus+ project carried out by Institut Cal·lípolis aimed to offer students and staff new opportunities for personal, academic and professional growth through international mobility experiences. By taking part in training placements and professional development abroad, the project sought to promote values such as inclusion, sustainability and digital transformation, fully aligned with the priorities of the Erasmus+ programme and the internationalisation strategy of the institution. It also aimed to foster a shared European culture within the educational community, encouraging respect, tolerance and commitment to European values. The main objectives included: enabling students to develop practical skills linked to their professional field, as well as improving their adaptability and language skills in real work environments; promoting knowledge exchange and professional development among staff through training visits to European centres and organisations; encouraging the participation of students with fewer opportunities by ensuring equity and personalised support; and strengthening the institution’s capacity to establish solid partnerships at the European level. The project was implemented with a strong focus on quality, inclusion and sustainability, and has significantly contributed to preparing participants for the European labour market, enhancing their intercultural awareness and improving the overall quality of vocational education and training provided by the centre.
