- Promote the internationalization of our institution by fostering programs and activities for students (internships) and faculty (job shadowing) and, through our Erasmus policy, attracting mobility from other countries. In this way, we will improve the quality and prestige of higher education. Mobility provides knowledge and experiences that add value to the educational and professional curriculum of students and faculty. Cooperation between countries is a priority. - Improve the linguistic and professional skills of both students and faculty at the institution throughout the entire mobility implementation process. Adapting education to the needs of the labour market is essential, and currently, language skills are a key tool for successful integration. Proper preparation of participants is crucial. - Participate in the construction of the European Education Area, which, with its human capital, is one of the main pillars of economic growth and prosperity in EU countries.
