General Objective (Qualitative) At the institutional level, the general objective of the project was to support the internationalization strategy of the University of Navarra, in line with the principles and values of the new Erasmus Framework Programme 2021–27. At the participant level, the project sought to enable students to broaden their knowledge in their specific fields through courses not available at their home university, while also fostering intercultural awareness, enhancing digital skills, and adopting sustainable and inclusive attitudes and habits, together with a stronger sense of belonging to the European Union and all that it represents. Furthermore, the new inclusion plan of the National Agency SEPIE made it possible to extend the programme to students with less favorable economic conditions, who would benefit from additional financial support. This incentive encouraged these students to undertake a semester or a full academic year abroad. For staff members, the aim was to foster the exchange of expertise, the integration of new teaching methodologies, linguistic and intercultural skills, inter-institutional collaboration, a stronger commitment to the internationalization of their home institution, enhanced digital competences, sustainable and inclusive practices, and the ability to work effectively in culturally diverse environments. Quantitative Objective In quantitative terms, the project expected to continue increasing the number of mobilities, reaching more students and staff interested in international exchanges both within and beyond Europe, thereby recovering pre-pandemic figures. The number of students was as expected. In spite of an increase in applications (400), there were a significant amount of cancellations before starting the mobility period
