Since 2002, we have adopted new working methods that have made us more open to the outside world and increased mobility in Europe. The main aim is to enhance the professional and personal development of our students and staff through international projects, which are now one of the school's fundamental pillars of policy and strategy. In the search for continuous improvement we have adopted different quality management models based first on the European EFQM excellence model and, since 2018, on the Advanced Management Model, achieving several awards over the years. . Convinced of learning from diversity and mobility, the Project is carried out taking into account two aspects: 1-Theoretical: acquisition of linguistic, academic, professional and personal contents previous to the mobility experience. 2- Practical: Professional internships in the host country. The main objectives are: - Improving of the employability of the students, thanks to quality learning based on an innovative methodology and with a European dimension as the driving force of the Project, and the professional retraining and recycling of the workers through the activities they carry out, which will benefit the school. -Improving soft, academic and professional competences of students and teachers through their experience in Europe. This Mobility project is a key piece to implement the Internationalization Strategy of our organization. As we state in our ECHE Charter, for Cuatrovientos it is essential to participate in European projects through alliances and synergies with companies and other organizations. By carrying out this project, we wanted to take a step towards the modernization and improvement of our educational system by looking for new experiences, methodologies and scenarios to offer to our participants. These opportunities have a direct effect on the employability of the students. The realization and accreditation of company internships for 13 weeks in a foreign country also contributes to the development of our Mission (the integral formation of people capable of inserting themselves in the socio-labor world through an educational model based on innovation, entrepreneurship, internationalization and commitment...) and to achieve the objectives of the Mobility Charter and ECHE Charter, in coherence with the strategic plans of our organization.
