In implementing the Erasmus KA131 project, a number of strategic objectives were expected to be achieved at both individual and institutional level. Firstly, it aimed to foster the international mobility of students and staff in order to improve their academic, professional and linguistic competences and their ability to adapt to multicultural environments. This includes the development of key skills such as autonomy, intercultural communication, problem solving and teamwork in diverse contexts. The project also aimed to boost the internationalisation of the higher education institution by establishing or strengthening collaborative networks with other secondary schools and/or companies. Through these links, it promoted the exchange of good practices, the improvement of curricula and the consolidation of a European identity based on shared values such as inclusion, sustainability and diversity. Overall, the aim was to contribute to the integral development of the participants and to the strategic positioning of the institution in the European Higher Education Area, favouring a more open, innovative and interconnected education.
