By carrying out this project, we expected first and foremost to enhance the professional and personal competences of both students and staff involved, through international learning experiences that would provide new methodologies, technical knowledge, and transversal skills. At the same time, we aimed to strengthen the European dimension of our institution, fostering cooperation with partner organizations abroad and encouraging a more open, inclusive, and global mindset. Another key expectation was to promote the modernization and internationalization of our institution, by integrating innovative practices, encouraging the use of digital tools, and improving our ability to adapt to the challenges of the educational and productive sectors. Finally, we sought to increase employability and professional development opportunities for participants, providing them with mobility experiences that would enhance their autonomy, intercultural communication skills, and competitiveness in an increasingly global labor market.
