The Erasmus project for the 2023-2025 call at IES Francisco de Quevedo in Madrid is a continuation of previous projects. Focusing mainly on seriousness and commitment, the number of scholarships managed for students has increased compared to previous years (a total of 6 SMP mobilities), and for the first time, two mobilities have been requested for staff. The ERASMUS PROGRAM enjoys great recognition and interest from the educational community, with a higher number of applicants compared to previous calls, resulting in a very positive final outcome. Its impact and dissemination continue to grow exponentially. The center has held the Erasmus Charter for Higher Education (ECHE) since 2011, a year from which greater emphasis has been placed on promoting and disseminating scholarships, primarily to students. Due to the characteristics of this training center—both because of the courses it offers, framed within the professional families of commerce and marketing and IT (of a highly practical nature), and because of its student body, marked by an entrepreneurial spirit and eagerness to learn about new cultures and languages—this program is met with great motivation. For all these reasons, given both the characteristics of the institution itself and those of the educational community, it is necessary to manage and promote the Erasmus program, whose main objective is the internationalization of education, coinciding with one of the center's primary goals. It is essential to offer training abroad and to facilitate students’ access to companies in the sector located in European Union countries, allowing them to learn international procedures as well as to develop in a different culture that provides a diversity of learning experiences. With this ERASMUS higher education project, our center, IES Francisco de Quevedo, aimed to advance the internationalization of Higher Vocational Training by offering students and teachers training experiences in international contexts. The specific goals were: To enhance students’ employability through 4 mobilities for internships in European companies, where they could apply their technical knowledge in IT and commerce—the two professional families we offer—improve their language skills, especially English, and develop interpersonal skills in multicultural environments. To promote pedagogical innovation and professional development for teaching staff through 3 training mobilities, including a strategic experience in China, aimed at exploring collaboration possibilities with Asian institutions and extending the project’s scope beyond the European framework, as Erasmus encourages by enabling work with third countries. To establish lasting ties with companies and international educational centers that allow future collaborations in training, exchange of good practices, and joint project development. To reinforce the center’s commitment to inclusive, digital, and sustainable education by aligning our actions with Erasmus+ program priorities and contributing to the continuous improvement of educational quality. Efforts have been made to encourage greater participation of students from disadvantaged backgrounds, as well as the involvement of students and staff with special needs, ensuring equal opportunities, transparency, and equity according to ECHE principles. In fact, one of the 4 students benefiting from an internship mobility received inclusion support due to economic barriers. To boost the motivation and personal growth of participants by promoting values such as autonomy, adaptability, intercultural awareness, and entrepreneurial spirit. After completing their internship mobilities, students returned more mature and self-sufficient, having had to manage household tasks, shopping, and more on their own. To carry out the recognition of ECTS credits for each mobility in accordance with the program. All these goals have been achieved by both the students and teaching staff who benefited from the mobilities carried out.
