The objectives set for this project were as follows: 1) Regarding mobility: - 2 staff mobility programs for training (observational learning); On the one hand, to share and learn about best practices in internationalization management, as well as teaching methodologies and new training trends. On the other hand, to visit the facilities and surrounding areas of the host organizations and their contacts (companies, laboratories, student residences, etc.), and to consolidate international relationships. - 10 student mobility programs for internships; This year, the decision was made to increase the number of mobility programs compared to the previous year, as pending projects from previous years were gradually being finalized (COVID-19). The decision was made to request a manageable number, as mobility programs for advanced vocational training are always more difficult to implement due to the low grant amount. 2) Regarding project organization and management: - Advance digitalization in document management and in the dissemination of the Erasmus+ program. - Seek to establish new ties between international organizations to create bonds that can be maintained and improved over the years through joint projects, whether with teachers or students at the school. - Be able to manage the number of requested mobility projects and stay within budget (after the COVID period, we had projects that had their deadlines extended, and we had pending mobility projects carried over to this project). - Be able to undertake some mobility projects outside of Europe.
