The Erasmus+ KA131-HED project at IES El Sobradillo aimed to broaden international mobility opportunities in Higher Education, enhancing students’ employability and staff professional development. Students were expected to strengthen their linguistic, digital and intercultural competences through traineeships in European companies, while teachers engaged in training mobilities to reinforce their professional profiles and transfer good practices back to the school. The project also sought to consolidate the institution’s internationalisation strategy and strengthen the implementation of the Erasmus Charter for Higher Education (ECHE), in line with the horizontal priorities of inclusion, sustainability and digitalisation.
