The Secondary Education Institute Mossèn Alcover carries out several Erasmus programs: School Education, Vocational Training in consortium with the Department of Education, and Higher Education. This has been the ninth higher education project. The main goal of these mobilities is to offer innovative and different training environments compared to those in our country, as well as to introduce new pedagogies to teachers. We consider mobility at the European level as an opportunity to learn new working methods, identify best practices, and increase employment opportunities. In this project, nine students and two teachers participated through a public call and a selection process. The general aim of our institution is to modernize and internationalize studies through mobility actions within a cooperative environment. The goals set have been to improve the quality and prestige of Vocational Training, to develop participants' skills and competencies, to experience innovative environments, to enrich language learning, and to promote equity and inclusion. The positive outcomes achieved so far have allowed us to continue offering mobilities.
