The project aims to enable students enrolled in advanced vocational training courses at the César Manrique Vocational Training Center (CIFP) to complete the Workplace Training (FCT) module in European companies. The project participants are advanced vocational training students at the center and the teachers who train them. In addition, the implementation of this project is geared towards the new dual education system, so companies offering internships are informed about the new model and any possible changes that may affect students. Teacher mobility is aimed at establishing new contacts with counterpart centers and companies. It has been based on job shadowing mobility, also aimed at learning about dual training systems in other countries and institutions. A total of 32 mobilities are carried out. 28 student mobilities for internships and 4 teacher mobilities for training. There has been a notable increase compared to the previous project. In addition, short-term mobilities are being carried out for the first time, 5 in total. The number of students interested in participating in the project was high, with more than 90 students applying for the selection process. It should be noted that the center has around 2,200 students.
