IES La Rosaleda has an Internationalisation and Cooperation Department for which the School Plan sets the following objectives: - Improve the employability of young people. - Promote the European dimension and internationalisation. - Improve the personal, social and professional skills of our students and staff. - Increase the motivation of staff and students. - Promote inclusion and access to new opportunities for disadvantaged groups. These objectives can be developed into other secondary objectives: - Improve the professionalisation of the professional fabric in our environment, at regional and international level. - Improve language skills. - Improve the enrolment rate in our courses. - Share good practices through the development of projects with European partners that benefit the educational community as a whole and in which students and staff from the centre participate. - Increase cross-border cooperation by entering into collaboration agreements with different companies and/or institutions from the countries participating in the programme. - Work on cross-cutting issues such as sustainability and digitalisation.
