The aim of this project was to continue the internationalisation process begun at Florida Universitaria in 1993, offering mobility opportunities to students, teaching staff and administrative and service personnel, promoting the modernisation and improvement of the quality of its educational offer. It was hoped that the mobility actions would have a positive impact on the training and development of participants, both personally and professionally, improving their basic and cross-cutting skills, as well as their employability and professional development. Judging by the overall level of satisfaction among participants (over 90% in all cases), it seems that this has been achieved. This project also included the introduction of new mobility opportunities, such as increased international mobility, participation in BIPs, guest staff from companies, etc. Overall, it was hoped that participation in the programme would contribute to improving the visibility, positioning and reputation of our centre. Participation in the Erasmus+ programme is crucial to achieving internationalisation objectives, which is why Florida Universitaria actively participates in this programme, especially in KA1 and KA2 actions.
