The Erasmus+ KA131 project at Centro San Juan Bosco had as its main objective to promote the international mobility of students and staff, offering opportunities for traineeships in European companies and training in partner institutions. The project aimed to improve the professional, linguistic, and cultural competences of participants, while at the same time strengthening the European dimension of our institution and enhancing the employability of our students. In this project, the objectives we sought to achieve were: a) To motivate and increase our students’ language acquisition. b) To enhance the competitiveness of our students and improve their employability. c) To recognise the training period in Europe. d) To strengthen European identity within our Centre. e) To promote the continuous training of teaching staff, improving their professional, digital, and linguistic competences in an international context. f) To foster the transfer of good practices and methodological innovation, so that teachers can apply what they have learned for the benefit of the entire educational community.
