At the start of this Erasmus+ KA131 project, our expectations were aligned with the strategic internationalization objectives of our institution and with the priorities of the Erasmus+ Programme. The main purpose was to offer students and teaching and non-teaching staff opportunities for international mobility in order to enhance their personal, academic, and professional competences, as well as to strengthen the European dimension of our institution. One of the key objectives was to increase training and learning opportunities for students through internships in European companies. These experiences were aimed at improving their employability, their ability to adapt to multicultural environments, their language skills, and their personal development. Upon completion of the project, we can affirm that these expectations have been fully met, as 100% of the planned student mobilities were carried out, resulting in a tangible impact on their motivation, maturity, and professional skills. Regarding the staff of our institution, the project aimed to promote continuous professional development through teaching and training stays at European institutions. Two job shadowing mobilities were carried out at the Izmit Vocational and Technical High School in Turkey. This has led to a significant improvement in pedagogical competences, the exchange of good practices, and the strengthening of international cooperation networks. It has also contributed to methodological updating and the integration of a European dimension into the teaching delivered at our institution. The full implementation of the planned staff mobilities has demonstrated the institution’s commitment to these goals. Another fundamental objective was to advance the internationalization of our institution by strengthening strategic partnerships with partner institutions and promoting a culture of openness and inclusion. Through the project, greater visibility of the Erasmus+ programme has been achieved both within and outside the institution, along with improvements in the processes of mobility management, support, and evaluation. The project also included cross-cutting goals such as the promotion of social inclusion, environmental sustainability, and digital transformation. Specific measures were taken to ensure equitable access to mobility opportunities, especially for students with fewer opportunities, and responsible practices in environmental and digital terms were promoted throughout the preparation, implementation, and follow-up phases of the mobilities. In conclusion, we expected this project to contribute significantly to improving the educational quality of our institution, the personal and professional development of participants, and the strengthening of our international projection. The results obtained, measured both quantitatively and qualitatively, indicate that the initial objectives have been successfully achieved, laying a solid foundation for future Erasmus+ initiatives.
